Google is your friend here. It totally depends on the tech stack you are trying to use, web or mobile, which framework (react, angular, etc). Many UI libraries range from really old ones like Bootstrap, to Material UI, Alibaba’s ANT Design, Palantir’s blueprint, Atlassian also have one.
