Log onto the Vault
Search for the mentor you want to book Office Hours with
Click on their profile, there is a button called "Book a Slot" or “Request a meeting”
If the button says “Book a Slot”: After clicking, it should take you to their calendar where you can select a time to meet with them. Make sure to click "save" when you select the slot.
If it says “Request a Meeting”: After clicking, it should ask you to fill out a brief form that will be sent to the mentor in the form of a warm introduction.
