For Alchemist founders who are international, trying to raise money from US investors --
You want at least 1/3 of your revenue to be based in the US.
You can say you have offices in the US. (e.g. "We're operating out of Mexico and the US", "we have operations in San Francisco").
If they want an address, create a virtual PO box.
To justify, you can explain: "We have an unfair advantage with [something] in [your country]" (e.g. "We have an unfair advantage with tech talent in Mexico")
