It depends on the study, but most surveys take:
Daily check-ins: around 1–3 minutes
Weekly surveys: around 5–10 minutes
Longer onboarding or exit surveys: 10–15 minutes
You should be able to see how many questions/steps are in each task at the bottom of the screen.
If a task won’t load:
Refresh the page or try a different browser.
Check your internet connection.
If you're on mobile, try switching to a computer (or vice versa).
