Why am I being asked the same question more than once?

Why have I seen the same question across multiple surveys?

Some questions are intentionally repeated across days or weeks to measure changes over time—such as mood, energy, sleep, or symptoms. This helps researchers understand patterns and trends, rather than relying on a single data point.

Repeating questions also allows for further validation of the information you’ve provided, helping ensure the data is consistent and accurate.

Even if a question feels familiar, it’s important to answer it honestly based on how you’re feeling in that moment or day.
