After your participation is marked as “Completed,” the study team will review your data to confirm eligibility. Payment is typically issued:
Within a few weeks of completing the study
Via the method outlined during onboarding and identified in your Adherence card on your Study Homepage (e.g., digital gift card, PayPal, mailed check)
You’ll receive an email notification when your compensation has been processed. If you have any questions or haven’t received payment after the expected time frame, you can contact the study team through the contact info on your Study Homepage.
