Click on your Study Homepage on your Alethios dashboard, and scroll down to Event Reporting. Enter in as much detail as you can to report your issue directly to the research team.
If your issue is an emergency, please call 911.
You may use the Event Reporting tool to address questions that are specific to your study, such as deviations from the protocol (e.g. not being able to complete a specific study task), issues with the study kit provided, questions about how to complete the study, changes in your medical history, lifestyle etc.
