Rex PM has quite a few Tasks including Property Compliance.

These Tasks are created for you automatically, based on the Compliance you have added to the Property Record.

A Property Compliance Task can have one of three statuses, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.

To quickly update the progress of your Task you can click the drop-down in the Progress column and select the new progress status from the drop-down.
