📆 Billing Cycle
Our billing cycle runs from Monday to Sunday. All work completed during the week will be processed next week.
💵 Payment Timeline
Payments are made by the following Friday, typically through a payment method connected to Alignerr, such as Stripe/PayPal.
This means you’ll be paid by Friday for the work you completed in the previous Monday–Sunday cycle.
🔍 Example
If you worked from April 1st (Monday) to April 7th (Sunday)
You’ll receive your payment not later than April 12th (Friday)
Please note that your Earnings tab will only update after the payment has been fully processed and released. Don't worry if it doesn’t show immediately.
If you have not received the payment, please feel free to create a Billing ticket. Please make sure to include the following information:
Project Name
Dates worked
Short description of the issue
After these details are submitted, one of the Billing Team agents will reach out to you in case there are any updates, or if they need any additional information from you. We appreciate your understanding!
