Is there a feature you're missing?
Many deletion requests are typically related to missing functionality or limitations of a system. The required feature may be already available on another LMS plan.

If you've reviewed the available options and would still like to delete your organisation's LMS, please email Sales@alison.com with:
Your organisation name
The email address associated with the LMS
The reason for the deletion request
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Deletion requests can only be submitted by the Super Admin. Admins and Group Managers do not have permission to request LMS deletion. The request must be sent from the email address associated with the Super Admin account. |
Important: Once an LMS is deleted, access to the organisation's LMS environment and administrative settings may no longer be available. We recommend ensuring that any required reports or information have been exported before proceeding with deletion.
