The Course Creator must ensure that they are the rightful copyright holder of the Published Course(s) and warrants that the courseware is free from any claim by any third party to the best of its knowledge. Should a third party infringe on the lawful copyright, trademark, or any other rights relating to the Course Creator’s content and Published Courses, the Course Creator and Alison shall be jointly entitled to participate in any proposed action for infringement.
