A 30% discount on a website subscription for your first billing cycle (first month or first year) is available for new or inactive subscribers. Please note: this discount is ONLY available through the Alive website. Before completing your payment, review the transaction details to confirm the discount has been applied.
Annual Discount: 30% off your first year only. Your subscription will return to full price in the second year.
Monthly Discount: 30% off your first month only. Your subscription will return to full price in the second month.
Are the discounts for all users or only new subscribers?
This discount is only available to new or inactive subscribers. If you previously canceled your subscription and would like to rejoin Alive, you may be eligible for the discount. To qualify as an inactive user, your subscription must have been canceled and expired for 30 days. If you cancel your subscription but still have days remaining that you've already paid for, your subscription is still active. You will only be eligible after your subscription has expired—meaning you no longer have access—and has remained expired for 30 days.
Please note: to take advantage of this sale, all eligible subscribers must sign up directly on the Alive website.
Is there a difference in discounts offered on the web versus the app?
Discounts are only offered on the Alive website. If you subscribe in the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will not receive a discount.

No, the discounted rate is fixed for the duration of the first billing cycle, and after that, it returns to the standard pricing.

What are the app refund policies?
All discounted subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided after the initial 7-day free trial.
