We take extra care to package every All In Wrestler’s Journal securely, but if something goes wrong during transit, we’ve got you covered. If your journal arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact our support team in chat with your order number, a description of the issue and photo of the damage.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure you have what you need to get started on your journaling journey.

If there is no damage to your items, but you are interested in generally returning your order, contact our support team. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and deduct the cost of return shipping and restocking from your refund, once the item has been inspected. We do not accept returns for used merchandise or after 30 days of original purchase. We do not offer refunds and returns for gifted items.
