If you need to return or exchange your journal, the process is simple. Start by contacting our support team through the chat feature on our website. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange, and any relevant photos if applicable (damage)
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Once you receive the label, securely package the journal and drop it off at your nearest shipping facility. For exchanges, let us know the specific replacement item you’d like, and we’ll process the new shipment as soon as we receive your returned item.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we’ll do our best to ensure you receive the replacement as quickly as possible. Returns, on the other hand, will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return criteria before processing the refund.
