You can log failures in Alldevice without an account by using QR codes or NFC Tags and the external URL. This system streamlines the reporting process and eliminates the need for device users to be registered users in Alldevice to submit their faults.
Steps to achieve:-
Get the external link of a device
2. Setup the form data and get the link
3. You can test the link by pasting into the browser and see the form that will be completed - In this case I have some details of the reporter in the form, this choice can be made in the Alldevice setup see point 5 below.
4. Create a QR code or Upload the link to a NFC Tag

5. Allow external links and required data to enter a task
Administrators of Alldevice can allow external tasks and setup data that needs to be entered to allow tasks to be added From Settings > Settings > Functionality
