Add / Remove Increase user size

Add users, remove users or increase the possible users in your Alldevice account

  1. Add Users - You need to be a Administrator to add users, which can be done from

    1. Click Add+

      Note on the right you can see the number of Users that can Login vs the maximum number of users.

    2. Complete the data fields as needed

      Click Save

    3. A page will appear where you can now click the 'Can Log in' which must be clicked for at least one company if you wish the user to access Alldevice. You should also setup the Performer (Will they perform maintenance task) and should they get notification emails.

      Completed and the person can now access Alldevice

  2. Increase the Number of Users allowed in your account

    The price for Alldevice is related to the package size you have purchased, if you need to increase the number of users please let you sales person know or use the chat here or email sales@alldevice.com
