Assigning an NFC Tag with the Mobile application

Android or iOS devices with NFC readers can be used to assign and read NFC tags to identify devices

NOTE: If you do not see the Read NFC button, make sure you have the latest mobile version and the device you are using has a working NFC reader.

To assign a new NFC Tag

Click Read NFC

Unassigned message - Press OK to assign a device

You can see device already assigned to an NFC - Select your device

Confirm you selection

You will see the device details

Confirm reading the NFC shows the device

Now you can use the NFC read to start and end Tasks and record the time, without the need to enter any data.
