Main Spares View
When you click on the Spares in the top menu, you see a list of spares used, and from here you can click the +Add menu to add a new part and complete the details
An example Part after adding
To add the picture to a part, first load a picture up in the Files section, them mark it as favourite (Yellow star) see below. You can also add any documentation that maybe needed for this part in the files section, manual, diagrams etc.
The stock section shows the Stock location and number in stock, the adding (Purchasing) and moving from (Stock to Stock) are covered in a separate article.
Connected devices show the devices that this spare part has been connected to.
History shows all usage, purchases, movements of this spare
Once a part is added you can view the list of spares & filter to specific spares using the filter bar and search / reset
In this case we filtered on the part above.
Its is in red as we have 2 in stock, but minimum quantity of 3, if any are booked for future periods this would also show and further reduce the stock.
