Select the down arrow on the right of the spares label and then click Purchase, this will show a list of spares. In the case below I have filtered

The part is highlighted in red, as the Minimum Quantity is 3 and we have 2 in stock. This stock is in the Main Warehouse

So I need to purchase one more item and then book it in to the spares module.

I can find the part, select the Stock and update the quantity I have received in this case 1 unit.

I also need to enter a supplier, document number and change the date if not today.

I could add other parts if purchased from the same supplier, and then clicking on Move products to finalise the purchase and movement of the spare to stock.

Now the part shows without the red highlight as the require and actual quantities are 3

I could now move the parts to another stock with the Stock to Stock function.

To decrease stock use the Write off Function which works the same, but reduces stock levels
