You can now view Calendars as a combined view which can simplifies the scheduling seeing by seeing all Tasks planned for selected performers by week or month.
Below shows the combined weekly view, but this also works for monthly:-

Go to Setting and Check Combined
Now you can see all Tasks on one page
2. You can drag and drop tasks
3. Double click and change performer if needed, note any 'Reminders' need to be completed before you can change performer.
