Task Groups to view differing task types

Use Task Groups to segment and view differing types of maintenance tasks as needed. It could be a large maintenance project or you want to be able to view a subset of tasks by the type of maintenance.

If you create a Task Group one and add name to it Maintenance for example) and add this to a task as follows:

If you add this group to a task, then you can easily find those tasks related to this specific group:

If you select this specific group, you can filter out only this particular group tasks:
