Note: To set minimum quantities you need to go to the Spares main page from the top menu, locate the part and open the spars card. From here you can edit the parts minimum quantity see below as an example.
Spares to be Ordered email report
When you have set a minimum quantity for spare parts and the current stock level falls below the minimum the part will appear on the report.
