The task order email looks like this in HTML, it can also be sent in PDF with one Works Order per page.
To set the days before the Works order / Tasks appear set in the Settings>Settings>General Settings and set the Number of days before the Task date to send email notification see below
Note: You can change other settings for the reports and emails from Settings>Settings>email settings
