On the device card there are 3 files locations, and there are some best practices when saving files, and where to store see below
Files in general should be used for technical documentation that the front line maintenance staff may need, and pictures or diagrams. Ideally there should not be to many documents so it easy to locate, and often it may be accessed with a mobile device.

For example - One technical manual and a picture of the device, which is a favourite (Yellow star) and is th picture shown on the device card for identification
The invoices quotes, allows you to store any other related documents, you can add quotes for spares, refurbishments etc

The report files allows you to store any other documents needed, it could be Electrical test certifications, clean down reports etc that maybe are needed for audits, and the report section does allow filtering see below
