When setting up a new Scheduled Tasks on a device, you setup a Task sheet template, and you can setup the Template as a unique set of tasks and measures, but you can also use a Preset that has been defined in setup.

TIP: If you have a long list of actions, then splitting them into presets and adding multiple presets to one task helps visually separate the actions making it easy to read and visually locate.

To use a preset, go to a device and Task Interval and on the Task sheet template click the +add and complete the top details as needed.

Now you can add action or Add preset, which allows selection of pre defined actions set

Select the pre-set

And all actions are added to the task, complete the remains data as needed and save.

To setup Action pre-sets

Settings > Tasks > Actions Pre-sets

For a new Pre-set then use the +Add pre-set, once added you need to use the +Add on the actions. In most cases you are adding multiple actions. If one of these actions includes measurements then use the add with measurement icon on the right to add to an action.

You have now built a set actions that can be re used, and if you need to update the actions, you only need to change in one location.
