The task list with filters can be used to give a clear views for a manager or an individual based on filters. The filters are saved so returning will show the same view, to clear the filter click "Reset"

For example if I open the task view and display all tasks here I have over 200!

If I set the filters for - Urgent, Richard S as performer and a dues date in the future and search I get 4 tasks I need to work on

Alternatively I may wish to look as a location and a date in the future, here I have more task but its easy to read.

The filters depend on columns displayed and you can change the display columns from hovering on the column title and click the down arrow, see below

Saving of Filters (Version 1.35 onwards)

You can save unto 6 Task filters as follows:-

  1. Turn on the filter row from slider on the right to show the filter buttons (1-6)

  2. Filter the tasks and right click on a button to save, when saved the button is coloured.

  3. You can reset the save filter by right clicking on a button and using reset.
