In Alldevice the list type of views can be customised dependant on your needs. You can find list views for Reports, Reminders, Tasks, Devices and Spares and in all of these cases you can filter what is shown. This can be which columns to display and filtering of the data shown.
For example I see an unfiltered Task view of 'not completed' tasks
But maybe I want to see only '1 Urgent (Class 1)' tasks
I could now look at specific locations, date ranges etc.
I also maybe don't see some filters I would like to use, as I didn't add the columns, to customise, simply hover over the title bars and click the down arrow, then columns, and select what you need. When you return to the list view it will remain in the last state of filtering / columns etc
You can sort by clicking on the title of the column you want to sort, or from the down arrow and select the sort direction.
