Setting up Alldevice Mobile application for Apple iOS or Android OS

You can download the mobile applications:-

Once downloaded you will need to add you account

You need to know you unique account ID which is in the format 12345678.alldevicesoft.com

This unique account ID is the same one used to login to the web application, so if you are not sure then login to the web application and from the browser URL get your login ID.

Enter this and then you can login with your username and password

In the mobile application you can access the setting from the 3 horizontal lines

The settings are on the lower section,

My Profile - Setting of name, email phone and password, you can also define a signature which is always used when signing documents.

Switch language - Change the display language

Switch Company - If you have a multi licence / multi company setup you can view each company, for example the screen shot below shows where there are 4 separate companies in one Alldevice tenant.

Switch Tenant - If you have added multiple Alldevice Tenants you can switch here between them.
