Downtime - Setup

Setting up and giving rights to users to Insert, Edit and delete downtimes

There are a number of areas to setup before using downtimes as follows

  1. Settings > Settings > Functionality - Ensure "Downtime register" is tuned on

  2. Settings > Downtimes > Categories - Setup downtime groups to help analyse for example - Failures, Planned, Material outage etc

  3. For a user to Insert or Edit / Delete they must have the privileges - This can be setup from Settings > Users > User Groups - Select the User group - Then Downtimes.

    You can then set Insert and edit / delete seperately as needed for that User Group.
