There are many available reports in all device, along with the ability to filter and customise the way these are shown for different use cases.
Here we are two examples, that show some of the overall flexibility of reports:-
Repairs report
Often getting data on which devices are problematic depends on who you ask, but recording the repairs by device and categorising by failure types allows for data to drive lasting fixes, and focus spending on the highest impact areas
Tasks Report
One of the most commonly used reports is the task report, which allows you to list as per this example - Complete tasks in a date range by task type.
Choosing which columns are shown, for example we see here the duration and planned duration, red shows those tasks completed in more time than set, allowing you to analyse if the repair times are set correctly. You could also see where more time is taken or by a performer, and maybe more training is needed.
Here we have grouped by the performer column, I can also change the columns see, sort etc from the column title drop down arrows.
Here I can see if individuals are meeting the reaper times, who is under or over, maybe training is needed etc.
There is a lot of flexibility when combining the columns view, filters and groupings to get reports to analyse differing aspects of maintenance.
