It could be that some devices are maintained by 3rd party companies, but you wish to manage the notifications and reminders of service needed (Regular or Extrodinary) via Alldevice, reducing the need for any manual intervention.
The process is very simple:-
Add 3rd parties as Executors
From Settings > Executors you can see a list of 3rd parties added, and also add new
2. Assigning regular or extraordinary tasks to the Executor
The executor will receive an email and the cc setup in above also receives, it would be similar for reminders and regular tasks.
The 3rd Part will receive an Email - The email includes a PDF attachment with the full details of the fault or request as entered into the Task
Note if you do not see an attached email then check the Settings > Settings > email settings and make sure the check box has been enabled
