Viewing spares & spares reports

An overview of spares views and reports

The main spares view can be found from the main menu Spares function from here you can:-

  • Filter the data

  • Select columns to show

  • Assign spares to devices

  • Filter for parts under minimum quatity or in stock

The top section is the filters, add the data to filter by and click search

To change the column viewed hover over one of the titles of the table in the case below Spare part name, select the down arrow on the right of the label, Columns and select as needed those you want.

Note: This view is personal and every individual can show what they need.

A filter to quickly view below minimum stock is possible, select the checkbox and search, to clear click reset.
Note: You can export from any view as needed to excel.

Reports

We have 3 defined reports for spares that can be accessed from the report function and Spares section. Each report can be filtered and customised to show what is important to you.

Spare part history

You can view by Category

Or Manufacturer

And other options, you can see changes in part price changes and cost changes for the selection you have filtered, by default a time filter is enabled

What spares have been used for a device or a location, again over a time period

You can also see on the dashboard the spare parts costs overview per month
