This article can help you if your employee can't see a feed

Why can't an employee see a feed? 📋

If an employee can't see a particular feed, it can often be due to two things:

  1. The employee is not connected to the location that the feed is directed to

  2. The employee needs to be manually added to the feed if they are a manager feed, for example

The employee is not linked to the location that the feed is directed to

If the employee is not linked to the location that the feed is directed to, you can do the following:

  • Go to All Gravy web version and log in

  • Go to “People” on the right side

  • Search for the employee's name

  • Click on the three dots on the right side

  • Then click on “Edit employee details”

  • Click on “Locations” and then select the locations the employee should be a part of

  • Press “Update”

  • Now the employee should be able to see the location-specific feeds! 🥳

The employee must be manually added to the feed if they are a manager feed, for example

If you need to add the employee manually, do the following:

  • Go to the feed you want the employee to be part of

  • Click on “Manage”

  • Click “Add people manually”

  • Then select the employee and click “Confirm”

  • You can now see that the person has been manually added to the feed:

  • Now the person is manually added to the feed! 🥳
