1) Zenegy is used at my workplace

In this situation, you should not do anything but wait. 😴 The All Gravy app will automatically update your tax information from Zenegy.

How it works: Zenegy automatically retrieves your tax information from SKAT and updates this information at the end of the month in All Gravy. Therefore, if you made changes or if the tax is wrong, please wait until the end of the month to see the correct tax information in the All Gravy app.

2) Intect is used at my workplace

In this situation, you should not do anything but wait. 😴 The All Gravy app will automatically update your tax information from Intect.

How it works: Intect automatically retrieves your tax information from SKAT and updates this information at the end of the month in All Gravy. Therefore, if you made changes or if the tax is wrong, please wait until the end of the month to see the correct tax information in the All Gravy app.

3) Another salary system is used at my workplace

If your tax is wrong, please follow the steps to solve the problem:

If your tax is wrong in the app, go to 'Settings' and 'Your profile' to edit your tax information.
