Where do I find my surveys, and what is Pulse?

Open the Settings tab at the bottom right of the app and tap Survey. The badge shows how many are waiting. Pulse is the separate smiley check-in that arrives every 8 days. Both are anonymous.

Your surveys live in the app under Settings → Survey. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom right, then tap Survey. 👋

The red badge on that row tells you how many are waiting for you. They stay there until you answer them, so nothing is lost if you close the app halfway through.

Surveys and Pulse are two different things

  • A survey is a set of questions your employer has written. Satisfaction surveys, feedback, evaluations. Answer formats vary — true or false, multiple choice, and others

  • Pulse is a single recurring check-in. You pick a smiley face, and it arrives every 8 days

Both are anonymous

This is the part worth knowing before you answer honestly.

Your employer sees how many people responded and what the answers were. They do not see who gave which answer. Pulse results are reported as an average score across a location or the whole company, never as one person's face.

How Pulse turns faces into a score

Each smiley is worth points, and the average becomes the Happiness Score your managers see:

  • Happy — 10 points

  • Smiling — 7 points

  • Neutral — 4 points

  • Bad — 0 points

So a score of 9.4 means most people picked one of the top two faces.

Why it is worth answering

A single response changes little. A location's worth of responses is the thing managers act on, and Pulse is designed to be quick precisely so the whole team answers rather than a vocal few.
