Why am I not receiving a validation code ✍️?

There are several possible reasons why you may not be receiving your validation code. Here’s what to check:

1️⃣ Your Inbox Is Full

If your inbox is full, emails from us may not be reaching you.

What to Do:
Delete some emails to free up space, and try requesting the validation code again.


2️⃣ Check Your Spam Folder

Sometimes, emails can end up in your spam or junk folder.

What to Do:
Go to your spam folder and check if the email is there. If it is, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails land in your inbox. ✉️


3️⃣ Your Email Is Incorrectly Listed

If your email address is incorrect in our system, you won’t receive the validation code.

What to Do:
Contact your employer to confirm that your email is correctly registered in our system. If it’s wrong, ask your employer to update it and send you a new invitation.


4️⃣ You Are Using an Outdated Validation Code

If you’ve requested multiple codes, it’s important to use the most recent one.

What to Do:
Scroll through the email thread from All Gravy and make sure you’re entering the latest code.
