Why am I not receiving a validation code ✍️?
There can be various reasons why you have not received a validation code - these reasons are described below.
Your inbox is full:
If your inbox is full, the email may not be reaching you.
Therefore, it may help to delete some emails in order for the code to arrive
Check spam
If your email hasn't arrived on your normal mail page, it may be because it has gone to your spam filter✉️
Your email is incorrectly listed
If your email is incorrect in our system you will not receive a code
Contact your employer to check if it is the correct one you are registered with
If the email needs to be changed, ask your employer to invite you again
You are not entering the correct validation code
If you have pressed so that you have been sent several validation codes, it is important to scroll down in the mail thread from All Gravy so that you enter the latest one ✍️
