1️⃣ Your Employer Does Not Allow Withdrawals

Some employers choose not to enable the withdrawal feature. If this applies to you, you won’t be able to withdraw funds until your employer pays you through the regular payroll process.

2️⃣ You Haven’t Earned Money in the Current Pay Period

If you haven’t worked any shifts or earned money in the current pay period, there won’t be funds available for withdrawal.

3️⃣ You Have Earned Money, But Your Employer Has Not Yet Approved the Shift

If you’ve worked a shift but it’s still pending approval, you won’t be able to withdraw the earnings until your employer approves it.

4️⃣ You Have Reached the Payout Limit for This Pay Period

There may be a limit on how much you can withdraw during a single pay period. Once you hit this limit, you will need to wait until the next pay period to withdraw more funds.

5️⃣ Your Employer Has Just Run Payroll

If your employer is currently processing payroll, withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable. Once payroll is complete, you’ll be able to withdraw your earnings.

6️⃣ Your Bank Account Is Not Registered in the App

If your bank account information isn’t set up or is incorrect, withdrawals won’t be processed.
