Allisone+ disconnected? Here's how to reconnect.
⚠️ These steps must be performed on the server computer, not on your workstation.
Find the Allisone+ icon in the taskbar (bottom right of the screen).

2. Right-click the icon → if the capture is stopped, click Configuration.
3. Enter your Allisone credentials in the login window that opens.
The capture resumes automatically.
Please note: if a login window does not appear when you click on “Configuration”, please contact us and do not change any settings. Thank you.
