Sometimes Allisone+ disconnects and your X-rays no longer appear automatically on Allisone.
Here are the steps to follow to reconnect Allisone+.
1) Look for the Allisone+ icon in the taskbar
On the server computer, locate the Allisone+ icon in the taskbar (bottom right).

2) Right-click on the Allisone+ icon to check whether the capture is in progress
If the capture is stopped, as shown in the image below, click on configuration:
3) Enter your Allisone credentials
An Allisone+ login window will open. All you need to do is enter your Allisone credentials to restart the capture:
