When you open Allisone from your practice software, Allisone+ opens a new tab for each patient by default. If you prefer to keep a single Allisone tab open during the day, you can now change this setting.
How it works
Right-click the Allisone+ icon in the system tray, at the bottom right of your screen, to open the window.
In the Lieu d'exercice (Practice location) section, find the Ouvrir Allisone dans un nouvel onglet (Open Allisone in a new tab) switch.
Choose the option that suits you:
Switch on: Allisone opens in a new tab every time.
Switch off: Allisone reuses the tab that is already open and goes straight to the right patient file.
Open a patient from your practice software as usual: Allisone appears according to your choice.
Good to know
By default, Allisone still opens in a new tab. Nothing changes unless you change the setting.
The setting is saved on the computer where you made it. It stays in place after a restart. If your practice has several computers, change it on each one.
If the open tab already shows the right patient, the page does not reload.
If no Allisone tab is open, a new tab opens as usual.
