If you're responsible for one or more dental facilities, you can manage them all independently.

If you are a center manager, all these changes apply to the entire center in which you work.

Create a user

Click on "My Clinics "

Pick one of your locations

You will find here the list of your users. Click on "add a member"

Fill in the email adress of the user.

If the e-mail address is not referenced in the list of users belonging to one of your centers, choose a role and enter an ID for a dental surgeon.

Click on "Add". The user receives a welcome email to log in to Allisone and reset the temporary password.

Add a user to several clinics

You can add a user to several of your sites. Simply open the facility in question, add a new member and enter the user's e-mail address. The system recognizes that the user already exists. All you have to do is click on "Add" to give the user access to the site in question.

Deactivate a user

If one of your users no longer needs access to Allisone, you can deactivate him/her by clicking on the icon. The user will then no longer be able to log in.

If the user is a dental surgeon, his or her patient files are always available for consultation and modification by all members of your facility.

Setting up your clinic information

As a clinic manager, you can modify general information such as name, address, town, zip code and telephone number. You can also add your facility's logo.

All this information is used in the header of the PDF report that all your practitioners can share with their patients at the end of a consultation.
