The post-consultation report allows you to share with your patient the report of the consultation and all the information about the detected elements and the proposed treatments.

The patient will leave with the PDF report by email or directly printed at the office, with all the information needed to better understand their oral problems and take into account their treatment.

Click on the Email or Print icon at the top right of your screen.

This will take you to the "Information" section of the PDF report, where you can choose which items to share.

The captions and annotations, the periodontal line and the numbering of the teeth are automatically ticked. You can uncheck them if you wish.

Then go to the "Observations" section. You can find the history of your observations on the right and copy/paste your old observations if you wish.

Your observations will be added in this way to your PDF report:

Click on Print or Send to communicate it to your patient or to another practitioner.

Note: It is not possible to know, for a patient, if the report has already been shared or not.
