Here are the two steps to reconnect the Allisone extension that automatically displays the radiographs you’ve taken:
Quit and relaunch Allisone+
On your server computer, in the taskbar (bottom right):
locate the Allisone+ icon and right-click on it.
click on "Quitter".
Launch Allisone+ application
If the issue persists
Step 1: Right-click on the Allisone+ icon
On your server computer, in the taskbar (bottom right):
locate the Allisone+ icon and right-click on it.
click on "Configuration".
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Enter your Allisone credentials (email address and password) to log back in.
Click on "Sign-in" and then on "Authorize" to complete and confirm the reconnection. You can then close the window.
If you don’t remember your credentials, they are likely saved in your browser. You can find them in your web browser’s settings under the Security or Passwords tab.
The link between Allisone and your X-ray software is now active again. Your future panoramic radiographs will be displayed automatically. If you need additional help, don’t hesitate to contact us via the chat in the bottom left corner.
