STEP 1 – Request Integration
To request the installation of Web2Lead, check integration costs, and enable the tool, please send an email to julio@allyhub.co or open a ticket in our support system (blue icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen).
STEP 2 – Understanding Your Needs
After requesting installation, an Ally consultant will schedule a meeting with your agency to understand your needs before creating an integration project to be sent to the development team.
Here are some integration possibilities:
1. Send leads from your website/landing page to Ally
2. Assign a lead from a Web2Lead form directly to a specific consultant (Ally user)
Example:
Every lead that registers must be sent to consultant Maria, who is responsible for the agency's marketing. In this scenario, Maria is in charge of distributing the leads among her colleagues.
3. Distribute leads in a queue
Send a lead that registers through the Web2Lead form and automatically distribute them equally among your consultants (each consultant receives one lead at a time).
Example:
Distribute all leads that come through Web2Lead equally among 10 consultants in the same office.
4. Assign leads to a specific consultant based on the destination of interest and demographic data
Send a lead from a Web2Lead form and distribute it to your consultants according to the student’s destination of interest and/or any other demographic or interest parameter.
Example:
Distribute leads interested in studying in Australia to a specific consultant, and leads interested in other destinations to another consultant.
5. Segmented Queue: Distribute leads into more than one queue
Send a lead from a Web2Lead form and distribute it to a queue according to the student’s destination of interest and/or any other demographic or interest parameter.
Example:
Distribute leads interested in studying in Australia equally among 2 consultants, and distribute leads interested in studying elsewhere equally among another 5 consultants.
With the segmented queue, you configure two distinct groups and their distribution order. For each group, you determine who will be the first and last in the queue.
6. Custom/Other Possibilities
We also work with personalized lead segmentation based on custom projects. This must be discussed during meetings with Ally consultants after the integration request (Step 1).
STEP 3 – Integration Development
After receiving the necessary access information for the integration, Ally's development team will proceed to create it. On average, the integration is completed within 7 business days.
If your agency opts to carry out the integration with your website developer, our team also provides all the necessary support.
STEP 4 – Configuration Panel for Web2Lead (Queue and Segmented Queue)
This panel is enabled after the integration between the agency's website and the system is completed.
Its operation is very simple: just click and drag the consultants from the right side to the desired group on the left, arranging them in the order you want the queue to follow.
