STEP 1 - Request Integration
To request the Web2Lead installation, inquire about integration costs, and activate the tool, please:

STEP 2 - Understanding Your Needs
After requesting the installation, an Ally consultant will schedule a meeting with your agency to understand your needs before creating an integration project for the development team.
Integration Possibilities:
Send Website/Landing Page Leads to Ally:
Leads from your website or landing pages will automatically sync to Ally.Send Leads to a Pre-Assigned Consultant:
Web2Lead forms can send leads directly to a specific Ally user (consultant).Example:
All leads who register through a form are assigned to Consultant Maria, who manages marketing for the agency. Maria will then distribute the leads among her colleagues.
Distribute Leads in a Queue:
Web2Lead forms can distribute leads equally among consultants.Example:
Distribute leads equally among 10 consultants from the same office, ensuring each consultant receives one lead at a time.
Assign Leads Based on Interest or Demographics:
Distribute leads based on parameters like destination of interest or demographic details.Example:
Assign leads interested in studying in Australia to one consultant, and those interested in other destinations to another consultant.
Segmented Queue Distribution:
Create multiple queues and distribute leads based on parameters like interest or demographics.Example:
Assign leads interested in Australia equally between 2 consultants.
Assign leads interested in other destinations equally among 5 other consultants.
With segmented queues, you can configure two distinct groups and determine the distribution order for each group.
Custom/Other Possibilities:
We also support custom lead segmentation based on a tailored project. These details will be discussed during meetings with Ally consultants after the integration request is submitted.
STEP 3 - Integration Development
Once the necessary access information is provided, Ally's development team will begin working on the integration.
Timeline: Integration is typically completed within 7 business days.
If your agency opts to handle integration through your website’s developer, our team will provide full support as needed.
STEP 4 - Web2Lead Configuration Panel for Queues and Segmented Queues
Once the website integration with Ally is finalized, the Web2Lead configuration panel will be activated.
How It Works:
The panel is simple to use:
Drag and drop consultants from the right side to the left side into the desired group.
Arrange consultants in the order the lead distribution should follow within the queue.
