Right after logging into your account, click on Dashboard on the home page.
Here’s what the page looks like:
Filters: These influence the information displayed on the dashboard. You can select:
Custom time range
Office
User
Time Range: Displays the period corresponding to the information being viewed.
Below this, the actual dashboard begins, showing:
Sales Ranking: Displays which consultants are making the most sales. You can control who can view this ranking, making it private if needed.
Conversion Rate: Based on the selected time range, this calculates the ratio of sold budgets to the number of leads with budgets created in that same period.
Total Leads: Displays the total number of leads.
Sales: Shows the total number of sales, an average of sales per user in your account, and the average ticket value of these sales by currency.
Further down, you’ll find information related to budgets:
All Created Budgets: A historical series showing how many budgets were created in previous months.
All Budgets by Status: Displays the statuses of all budgets in your account.
Finally, you can view your schedule, also accessible via CRM, as well as information about your tasks and your last interactions with leads:
Activities: This is your schedule. You can choose how you’d like to view it (month, week, day, or a list of appointments). If you are an admin user, you can also view the schedules of other users in your agency.
Task List: Provides quick access to tasks you haven’t completed yet.
Last Activity: Displays a list of students you interacted with most recently.
