Pipelines are used to represent processes, with different stages reflecting the phases that occur from the beginning to the end of the process.
For example, a sales pipeline can represent the steps a student goes through, from the moment they contact you to when they close on a study abroad program.
You can create multiple pipelines to organize by service type, process (pre-sales and post-sales), personal pipelines, and more.
This allows you to stay more organized, provide better customer service, and focus your time on what truly matters—prospecting more clients!
STEP 1 - Access
Go to Settings > Pipelines.
STEP 2 - Creating a New Pipeline
To add a new pipeline, click the green button "New Pipeline".
Select a name for the pipeline and click "Save".
Once created, the pipeline will appear in your list, where you can add a status by clicking the "New Status" button.
A window will open where you can fill in the following details:
Name of the Status: Specify a name for the status.
Color: Choose a color to help visually differentiate the status.
Checkpoints: Define checkpoints related to this status.
Checkpoints will appear in the profile of each student and act as a checklist of actions to complete for the student in that particular status.
After saving your statuses, you can reorder them as needed. To change the order, simply click and drag a status, then drop it in the desired position.
Ally allows you to create multiple pipelines, enabling you to map and control all your processes completely. For example, you can have separate pipelines for sales, customer support, or personalized workflows.
Once your pipelines are set up, you can begin managing your students within them. Refer back to this guide starting from Step 3 for tips on how to do so.
