STEP 1 – Access
Click on Budget in the Top Menu > Budgets.
STEP 2 – Create a New Budget
Click on the green button "New Budget".
STEP 3 – Select a Student and the Number of Quotes
Choose a student and the number of quotes you want to create, then proceed to add the items.
STEP 4 – Use Search Filters and Add Courses
Fill in the search filters with the characteristics of what you want to find, then click "Search Courses" to find courses that match your criteria.
STEP 5 – Add the Course to Budget Options
When you find the desired course, click "Add". Then, choose which budget option you want to add the course to.
STEP 6 – Add Other Items
Repeat the same process to add Accommodations, Insurance, Add-ons, and Experiences.
STEP 7 – Review the Quotes You Created
Click "View Quote" to review the items you added to each option.
STEP 8 – Finalize the Quotes
Review the items you’ve added and click "Finish and Save Quotes".
