Situation 1 - Payment Plan with No Paid Installments
This is the simplest case.
Steps to Edit:
Go to the desired quote and click the gear icon.
Select "Edit Payment Plan".
3. You’ll be taken to a summary screen. Click "Edit" to modify the installments.
Changing the Currency:
If you want to change the currency of the installments, you’ll need to delete all installments and re-add them with the new currency.
Situation 2 - Payment Plan with Paid Debit Installments
Payment methods are divided into two types:
Credit: May include interest and take longer to receive.
Debit: No interest, with immediate or next-day payment.
Steps to Edit:
Go to the desired quote and select "Edit Payment Plan".
You’ll see that the already paid installment(s) cannot be edited.
Other installments can be deleted or adjusted, and the plan will update automatically.
Changing the Currency:
To change the currency:
Undo the payment for the paid installment.
Delete all installments and re-add them in the desired currency.
Undoing a Payment:
Go to Receivables.
Select the installment and, in Actions, choose "Move to Unpaid".
Situation 3 - Payment Plan with Paid Credit Installments
When a credit payment method is selected, interest is applied to the total payment plan, altering the overall amount.
Editing Restrictions:
Once the quote is sold, the payment plan cannot be edited to avoid altering the applied interest.

Steps to Edit Installments:
If no installments are paid, you can undo the sale to edit the plan.
If installments are paid, go to Receivables:
Locate the installment to be edited.
In Actions, select "Edit Installment".
Editing an Installment:
A window will open, allowing you to modify:
Due Date
Value
Description
Example: Update the value to $15,000.
Results:
The changes will reflect in the payment plan, updating installment values and the total payment amount.
Situation 4 - Adding Installments to a Payment Plan with Paid Installments
If you need to add new installments to a plan with paid installments, you can create a manual receivable and link it to the sold quote.
Steps to Add an Installment:
Go to Receivables and click "New Receivable".
In the window that appears, configure the receivable by entering:
Due Date
Student (linked to the receivable)
Quote (linked to the sold quote)
Description
Payment Method
Currency
Value
Example:
A new receivable is created for USD 800.00.
Once linked to the sold quote, it will appear in the payment plan.
Important Notes:
For automatic gains and receivables, make sure to include Commission Rules for Schools and Partners when creating the sold quote.
Always confirm the payment method type (credit or debit) to avoid issues when editing.
