STEP 1 - Access
Go to Finance > Receivables.
STEP 2 - Filter Receivables
Use the search filters to find the receivables you want to view.
You can filter by:
Payment Date
Due Date
Status (e.g., Paid, Pending)
And other key details.
STEP 3 - View Receivable Information
When viewing receivables, you can check:
Status: To see if it has been paid or not.
Due Date: The deadline for payment.
Additional information like the associated student or quote.
STEP 4 - Manage Receivables
Click the gear icon to access the following options:
Mark as Paid or Not Paid: Update the payment status.
View Quote Items: See details about the items in the associated quote.
View Payments and Receipts: Track payment history and access receipts.
Edit Installment: Adjust the installment details.
Manage Files: Attach or manage related documents.
For unpaid receivables, you can also generate an Invoice.
STEP 5 - Generate Receipts
Click on "Paid" for the receivable.
The option to send a receipt to your client will appear.
STEP 6 - Generate Boletos (Available with Ally Checkout)
If you have Ally Checkout enabled, you can:
Click the Ally Checkout icon next to the gear icon to generate boletos.
You can also select multiple receivables using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions, such as:
Generate boletos.
Send boletos.
Mark as Paid.
Delete Installments.
Important Note:
Receivables are automatically generated when you mark a quote as Sold and select the desired payment plan.
