1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of the agreement is to mediate and manage the participant's enrollment in a cultural exchange program abroad. This includes enrollment in foreign educational institutions, program organization, and support for additional services.
2. Services Offered
Program Management: Ally Plus assists with enrollment and organization of the exchange program.
Accommodation and Travel Insurance Mediation: Assistance with booking accommodations and purchasing travel insurance.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Of the Client
Submit documents and make payments within the established deadlines.
Comply with the rules of foreign institutions and service providers.
Verify details regarding flights, accommodation, and insurance before departure.
Follow cancellation and refund policies when necessary.
3.2 Of Ally Plus
Facilitate enrollment and organize the exchange program as per the contracted services.
Provide clear information and support regarding the program.
Assist with visa applications when this service is contracted.
Clarify any doubts regarding the program and providers.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policies
4.1 Cancellation by Withdrawal
If the client decides to cancel the exchange program, the following rules apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 15% penalty on the total contract value + enrollment and reservation fees.
Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 30% penalty on the total contract value + enrollment and reservation fees.
Less than 7 days before departure or after the scheduled date: No refund.
🔹 Note: Payments made directly to foreign schools, such as enrollment and accommodation reservation fees, as well as service or agency fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.2 Cancellation Due to Visa Denial
If the visa is denied by the destination country's embassy, the client may request a refund within 30 days of the denial, following these rules:
Visa fees and consular expenses: Non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the authorities.
Accommodation: Refundable, except for the accommodation reservation fee.
Travel insurance: Refund is subject to the insurance company's policies.
Airline tickets: Refund depends on the airline’s rules. Any rescheduling fees are the client’s responsibility.
Other payments made: May be refunded, except for administrative and service/agency fees outlined in the contract.
4.3 General Refund Rules
Refunds will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of contracting.
The refund process may take up to 90 days after a formal request.
Promotional airline tickets are non-refundable.
Payments made via credit card will continue to be charged, and refunds will be processed via bank transfer or credited to the card.
If cancellation occurs due to client default, a penalty of 10% of the total contract value will apply.
